Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure easy tracking.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and all pockets have been emptied of personal belongings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
